CrossFit level 1 Certification
Gabe grew up in Greenville, Texas, a small town, right up the road from Plano. He started his fitness journey in a local globo gym 5 years before he found CrossFit. In 2017, following shoulder surgery, his drive to be better and push his body's limits became his goal. His CrossFit journey began and became his new hobby.
