I’ve been doing CrossFit for 8 years now, and I love it! On top of my CrossFit certification, I also have a degree in Exercise Science. I’m passionate about helping people—whether that’s getting fitter, moving better, staying injury-free, or just having a place to hang out and feel supported. My goal is to help people improve in any way they can and to create a welcoming, encouraging environment where everyone feels comfortable showing up and putting in the work.
